Just an update on the status of the legalization of pro MMA in New York: There are currently two bills in play that could bring sanctioned cage fighting back into the Empire State, one penned by the embattled Governor Paterson and included within his 2010-2011 budget proposal, and one penned by the legislature. After a late night out, I only managed to get a few hours sleep but for some weird reason, felt really refreshed. Around 10:00, I met up with John, Tristan and Barry for breakfast and after finishing a very good meal, Barry headed to the Spa for a massage (lucky sod) whilst Tristan & I headed to Studio 3 as the last 18 of the Main Event were soon to start playing.
